Job Summary
Oversee school site operations as Chief Administrative Officer, managing budget, staffing, and facilities to maintain a safe, efficient operation in alignment with district guidelines. Provide instructional leadership to enable staff to perform at their best, chair meetings, implement district policies, and coordinate community relations. Facilitate staff development and in-service programs; communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the school community; ensure compliance with state and federal education laws; adapt schedules and resources to meet priority needs. Requires Master’s Degree in Educational Administration (preferred) and Administrator Certification. Strong interpersonal skills, data-driven decision making, and ability to work in a multi-cultural, urban setting are essential.
