Elementary Principal (K-5)

Elementary Principal (K-5) responsible for providing organizational leadership to achieve successful school operations and district instructional goals. Oversees professional and non-professional staff, evaluates staff for instructional improvement, and assists in recruitment and retention. Leads curriculum planning, coordination across grades, and communication with families. Builds a positive school culture, ensures safe and respectful learning environments, and collaborates with district administration to implement strategic plans. Requires leadership in budgeting, policy implementation, IEP meetings, and active participation in district governance and committees.
