Elementary Pickleball Program Coach

Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Pickleball/Tennis sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5) at Bay Area school sites. Manage class sizes of 8–16 students, maintain a positive environment, and use provided lesson plans. Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting. Take attendance and interact with parents/school staff; capture a few class photos for documentation. Equipment is provided. Programs run during After School (1–5 PM, Mon–Fri, Sept–June) and Summer Camp (June–August) with sessions across multiple school sites; Summer coaching focuses on leading pickleball sessions during camps. Must be 19+, be able to work in-person at Bay Area schools, and be eligible to work in the U.S.; USPTA/PTR certification is a plus and training includes in-person coaching with possible pre-care time. Must have reliable transportation and be fully vaccinated with TB live-scan background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Teaching or playing experience in Pickleball is preferred but not mandatory.
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
- Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Good communication and class management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
- Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
