Job Summary
Develop rigorous lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in cooperation with school-based leadership and curricular resources. Collaborate in grade-level teams to discuss student work, share best practices, and ensure mastery of standards while analyzing assessment data to inform instruction. Engage families by building relationships and maintaining regular communication to support their children's academic and personal success. Commit to ongoing professional development and utilize data-driven strategies to motivate students in a standards-driven classroom. This role offers a starting salary of $60,900, with growth opportunities up to $112,700 based on experience, plus a $2,000 bonus and relocation assistance.
