Elementary Paraeducator

Support the implementation of instructional programs by adapting curriculum and techniques for individual student needs under teacher guidance. Collect student data to monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and submit reports on time. Assist with daily life activities including feeding, toileting, and hygiene as assigned. Utilize Non-Violent Crisis Intervention strategies to de-escalate behavior and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom climate. Communicate directly with parents only with approval and collaborate with colleagues on IEP meetings and professional development. Manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized work areas while adhering to district policies.
