Elementary Paraeducator

Support elementary students in the classroom by assisting teachers with lesson implementation, managing student behavior, and facilitating small group instruction. Provide direct support during daily activities, including reading interventions, special education accommodations, and after-school programs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with teachers and parents regarding student needs. Work full-time hours during the 26/27 school year with a schedule that may include evenings or weekends as needed.
