Elementary Noon Aide (5829)

Paraeducator, Noon Aide at Westborough Public Schools to supervise students during lunch and recess, providing social-emotional and behavioral support and creating a welcoming, safe environment. Responsibilities include de-escalation, collaboration with other Noon Aides and staff, clear communication with children and adults, and supporting life skills such as eating and play. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; experience with diverse public school settings and with English Language Learners is preferred; bilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese) highly desirable. The role requires maintaining attendance, confidentiality, and adherence to district background-check protocols.
