Elementary Music Teacher (one year vacancy)

Establish a classroom structure and culture that values positive relationships while implementing the district curriculum to foster music appreciation and skills. Design and deliver differentiated instructional activities using relevant technology, observing and evaluating student performance to adjust teaching strategies based on individual needs. Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate regularly with students, colleagues, and parents regarding development. Participate in department, grade level, school, and district meetings. This role supports the educational mission of Elk Rapids Schools and Mill Creek Academy, serving approximately 975 students in grades K-12 and 230 in the K-5 Mill Creek Academy.
