Elementary Music Teacher

Elementary-level music instruction focusing on vocal and instrumental techniques; develop standards-based music units aligned with the Massachusetts Arts Curriculum Framework; demonstrate knowledge of general music and choral rehearsal techniques; utilize diverse music literature appropriate for grade and skill levels; implement evaluation procedures using rubrics to assess progress across all classrooms, including ELL and special education inclusion; establish standards for pupil behavior to foster a positive learning environment; continuously refine instructional strategies and integrate technology to enhance student learning; collaborate with administration to support musical programs for school productions, graduation ceremonies, and civic functions; participate in curriculum and staff development programs; and fulfill duties outlined in the Fall River Educators' Association contract.
