Job Summary
Plan, instruct, and organize instructional environments to help students learn subject matter and skills; monitor safety and well-being of students, especially during inclusive activities; motivate students; maintain a clean, orderly classroom; perform general clerical duties; follow established rules and procedures for classroom management and student engagement; provide feedback on student work; maintain records and prepare instructional plans aligned with curricular goals; uphold Code of Ethics and Standards for Professional conduct; perform non-instructional duties as assigned; ensure timely progression toward learning objectives across lessons.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an approved education program in subject area
- North Carolina teaching license
