ELEMENTARY DIRECTOR

Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Elementary Ministry for 1st–5th graders, including planning events and programs, discipling children, assimilating kids into Groups, training volunteers, coordinating Sunday Mornings with Large Group Teaching and Worship and Small Group Time, and managing safety, check-in procedures, and budget aspects to support the Kids Ministry while partnering with church leadership to further the mission. Strong emphasis on recruiting and developing volunteers, fostering family engagement, and delivering a Christ-centered ministry consistent with Liberty Live Church’s mission.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Kids ministry
- Ability to recruit volunteers and train volunteers
- Ability to relate to children and parents
- Ability to manage volunteer schedules
- Ability to learn and abide by church policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work with teams
- Ability to perform in an office setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
