Elementary Digital Learning Teacher (King)

Digital Learning Teacher leads direct instruction in information and digital literacy for elementary students (K-6) and aligns with the district's digital literacy curriculum. The role collaborates with classroom teachers to co-plan and co-teach lessons that integrate digital tools for personalized and blended learning, supports teachers in selecting digital resources and instructional technologies, promotes responsible digital citizenship, provides coaching and professional development on technology integration, and coordinates with the Library & Digital Learning Associate and the technology department to address building-level technology needs and ensure readiness for instruction. The position emphasizes advancing digital literacy and innovative learning across the district while modeling best practices and meeting Iowa Teaching Standards.
