Job Summary
Manage classes of 8-16 elementary students (ages 5-10) teaching various dance forms while maintaining a positive learning environment. Transport and set up equipment for each session, then capture photos of students in action. Handle administrative duties including taking attendance, signing students in/out, and providing individual feedback by session end. Interact with parents and school staff as needed. Complete a maximum of two-day unpaid training or shadowing session prior to starting. Must have a valid driver's license and own car for in-person work across Bay Area schools. Classes run Monday through Friday between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. for 1-1.5 hours, with a maximum of 2-5 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least High school or equivalent
- Must be 19+ years old upon application submission
- Must have own car and valid driver's license to use at work
- Willingness to undergo a live scan background check and TB test before working
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work

Desired Qualifications
- Previous teaching or playing experience in pickleball or tennis is preferred but not required
- USPTA/PTR certification is preferred but not required
- Enjoy working with kids and possess effective classroom management skills
- Flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and a professional, enthusiastic approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, positive attitude
