Elementary Classroom Teacher Gr.4

Instruct assigned fourth-grade classes at designated times while planning programs that address individual student needs and abilities. Create a learning environment conducive to student maturity, guide lessons toward district curriculum goals, and employ varied instructional techniques. Assess student accomplishments regularly, communicate progress reports to parents, and diagnose learning challenges with district specialists. Maintain accurate records, implement district educational philosophy, and supervise paraprofessional assignments. Take precautions to protect students and facilities, enforce fair classroom behavior rules, and participate in professional growth and evaluation processes. Attend building meetings and school-sponsored activities as required by contract.
