Job Summary
Provide reception and clerical support for the front office of an elementary campus. Duties include answering phones, managing campus email and communications, greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate locations, managing enrollment/withdrawal processes, handling payments, maintaining digital student records, and overseeing visitor passes with the Raptor System. Also perform miscellaneous operational tasks such as mailing, handling supplies, and supporting arrival/dismissal tasks, with emphasis on confidentiality, organization, and adherence to school policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to operate a phone system
- One year of office experience
- Understanding of school policies and operations
- Follow and adhere to legal and local policies
