Job Summary
Oversee two elementary after-school programs in Gwinnett County, providing leadership, coaching, and support to 2 After School Programs. Manage site operations to align with company policy, assist Site Directors with problem-solving, maintain confidentiality, ensure sites meet deadlines, conduct weekly site visits for quality control, build relationships with principals and administration, plan meetings/events/trainings, and provide cross-department support. Requires Director’s Credential and 10-hour health and safety training; prior experience in before/after school programs or youth development; strong management, leadership, and organizational skills; bilingual in English and Spanish; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; schedule runs August 2026 through May 2027, Monday–Friday with morning care and after-care hours. Pay is $20 per hour, paid biweekly; includes opportunities for seasonal camps and professional development; equal opportunity employer with locations in Gwinnett County, GA.
Required Qualifications
