Job Summary
Assist with practices by placing emphasis on teamwork, skill development, and student-athlete improvement. Supervise student-athletes before, during, and after practices and contests, including in locker rooms, on busses, and at all other times. Manage equipment and inventory, follow through on required paperwork such as rosters and consent forms, and provide information for transportation and game management. Conduct the team in an ethical manner, exemplifying high standards of sportsmanship, while promoting student accomplishments academically and athletically. Continue professional growth through clinics and publications. This seasonal role reports to the Board of Education for Kansas City Public Schools.
