Elementary Assistant Principal: Fowler Elementary

Assist the school principal in overall administration of instructional programs and campus-level operations. Coordinate assigned student activities and services, develop and evaluate educational programs, and promote the use of technology in the teaching/learning process. Participate in campus improvement plans with staff, parents, and community members, while observing employee performance and conducting evaluation conferences. Supervise operations in the principal's absence, manage daily school activities including class schedules and extracurricular assignments, and coordinate transportation, custodial, and cafeteria services. Ensure student supervision during non-instructional periods and maintain compliance with federal, state, and board policies. Work with department heads to compile annual budget requests and requisition supplies. Articulate the school's mission to the community and solicit its support.
