Element Six Instructor needed for a community-driven fitness program focusing on strength, conditioning, and performance-based movements in Atlanta. Candidates should have experience leading group fitness sessions and a passion for coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading strength-based, conditioning, or functional training group sessions
- Strong understanding of movement mechanics, coaching cues, and injury prevention
- Confident public speaker and motivator with excellent interpersonal communication
- Ability to adapt training on the fly and coach all fitness levels in one session
- Social and outgoing, thrives in high-energy, community-focused environments
- Passion for fitness, people, and helping others grow both physically and mentally
Desired Qualifications
- Group fitness or personal training certification preferred or actively pursuing certification
- CPR/AED & First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain before onboarding
