Job Summary
Conduct initial and recurring training for electrical professionals (VEFK, EFK, EFKffT, EuP) and ensure employee qualification in electrical engineering. Conceptualize and develop training content and accompanying materials, including high-voltage training according to DGUV 209-093. Support the creation of expert opinions and electrical documentation. This role involves working within a flat organizational structure with flexible hours and the option for mobile work, supported by a company car and e-bike. The employer is Hocktec GmbH, an established provider of B2B electrical services up to 36 kV, seeking candidates to partner with them in delivering engaging technical education.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Techniker/in, Meister/in oder Studium auf dem Gebiet der Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in elektrotechnischen Aufgabengebieten u.a. als Ausbilder/ Trainer
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der elektrotechnischen und Arbeitssicherheits- Normen und Regelwerke (VDE, DGUV, ArbSchG, DIN VDE 1000-10, 0105-100, n.w.)
- Rhetorische und didaktische Fähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten vor Publikum verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, technische und theoretische Themen praxisnah zu vermitteln und Ihr Publikum mitzunehmen
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands
- Hohes Verantwortungs-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicherer Umgang im Kundenkontakt
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gültige PKW Fahrerlaubnis
Desired Qualifications
- Praxiserfahrung als VEFK oder die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung als Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft wünschenswert, idealerweise Erfahrung mit DGUV V3 Prüfungen
