Job Summary
Manage technical customer support and maintenance for battery storage systems, including fault analysis, diagnosis, and repair via remote or on-site support. Create and maintain technical documentation and service reports while assisting with system design and component integration. Requires a completed technical vocational training or comparable degree, basic understanding of battery storage and power electronics, and Class B driver's license for occasional regional projects. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Mechatronik oder Elektronik) oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Weiterbildung
- Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis idealerweise im Bereich Batteriespeicher und Leistungselektronik (Wechselrichter, Stromwandler)
- Führerscheinklasse B
- Reisebereitschaft für die gelegentlichen Einsätze bei unseren Projekten in der DACH-Region
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Kenntnisse mit Projektmanagement-Tools (bspw. Asana)
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
