Job Summary
Plan and implement modifications, expansions, and maintenance measures for complex electronic and software-controlled systems. Develop diagnostic and monitoring systems for predictive maintenance, analyze data to optimize processes, and provide technical support to production areas to ensure equipment availability. Oversee safety standards such as DIN EN ISO 13849 and implement necessary protective measures. Lead maintenance projects from specification through implementation to acceptance, utilizing Siemens SIMATIC S7 programming and industrial network knowledge. Manage project documentation and apply Lean Management methods like 5S and 8D. Work within interdisciplinary teams to communicate technical solutions, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity norms.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine abgeschlossene technische Weiterbildung (z. B. staatlich geprüfter Techniker Elektrotechnik) bzw. eine gleichwertige technische Qualifikation
- Praxiskenntnisse in der Instandhaltung von automatisierter Montage und Prüfstandssystemen, inklusive Analyse elektrotechnischer und steuerungstechnischer Störungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung mit Siemens SIMATIC S7 (FUP und SCL)
- Vertraut mit industrieller Netzwerktechnik sowie Grundverständnis relevanter Cybersecurity Normen und Schutzkonzepte
- Sichere Anwendung von MS Office sowie gute SAP-Kenntnisse im technischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit Lean Management Methoden wie 5S, TPM oder 8D
- Projektmanagementkenntnisse, inklusive technischer Spezifikation, Umsetzung, Fortschrittskontrolle und Dokumentation
- Gute Englischkenntnisse für technische Dokumentation und internationale Schnittstellen
