Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and modernization projects for technical building equipment, managing external partners and experts while ensuring legal compliance. Lead projects from design through completion, prepare reports for internal stakeholders, and monitor budgets against the maintenance strategy. Optimize plant operations for sustainability and energy efficiency, maintaining rights-compliant documentation and supporting ISO certification efforts. Work independently in an agile environment with a focus on structural planning and innovative energy concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- Schaltberechtigung für Mittelspannungsanlagen
- Erfahrung im Facility Management
Desired Qualifications
