Job Summary
Analyze, localize, and resolve malfunctions in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and control systems while performing independent maintenance, inspections, and repairs on conveyor technology, warehouse automation, and commissioning terminals. Execute preventive maintenance, testing, and replacement of hardware components such as printers, scanners, sensors, and frequency converters. Optimize existing facilities and drive technical improvements through participation in projects involving PLC adaptations and process enhancements. Requires state-certified technician qualification, extensive experience with S7/TIA Portal and drive technology, and readiness for call rotation and high-bay work. Contribute to Fresenius's mission of improving global healthcare quality through reliable logistics infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker, Elektromeister oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrfjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Fördertechnik-, Lager- oder Automatisierungsanlagen
- Kenntnisse in SPS-Steuerungen (Siemens S5, S7, TIA Portal), Feldbussystemen und Antriebstechnik
- Gute IT- und Netzwerkkenntnisse sowie Verständnis für moderne Logistiksysteme
- Analytische, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zu Rufbereitschaft und Höhenarbeit (Hochregallager)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift
