Job Summary
Ensure maximum availability of all electronic systems by independently initiating, planning, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance measures. Conduct systematic fault analysis on complex electronic systems using modern measurement technology to repair components like boards and controllers. Install new machines, perform upgrades to electrical infrastructure, and independently modify programs in SPS for automated production systems. Support continuous improvement of safety, quality, and productivity within ISO management systems (ISO 50001, 9001, 45001, 14001) while documenting all activities in maintenance software. Coordinate professionally with internal departments and external suppliers regarding technical modifications and spare parts. Work in a 35-hour week with shift rotation at the Wittlich facility, supported by a collective agreement wage and ongoing training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Betriebstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare elektrotechnische Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung (z. B. Siemens TIA-Portal / S7)
- Umgang mit Schaltplänen
- Umgang mit elektronischer Messtechnik

- Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen
