Job Summary
Conduct assembly order verification, compile material lists from BOMs, and wire electrical subassemblies and round tables according to schematics. Perform wiring on hydraulic assemblies, drive trains, and connectors; parameterize frequency converters from Siemens, SEW, and B&R; and execute electrical commissioning of round tables including SINUMERIK controls (840D Powerline, Solutionline, ONE). Execute functional tests, fault analysis, and troubleshooting; perform closing tests and quality assurance on electrical subassemblies. Support occasional customer assembly and service visits, assist with electrical maintenance of the machine park, warehouse, and building technology, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Requires completed vocational training as an electrician or mechatronics technician with experience in wiring and commissioning. Located in Weinsberg; offers attractive salary, bike rental program, and flat hierarchy structure.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Montageeinsätzen sowie Einsätzen außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Verdrahtung und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen oder Anlagen
- Kenntnisse in der Parametrierung von Frequenzumrichtern (Siemens, SEW, B&R)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SINUMERIK-Steuerungen (840D Powerline, Solutionline oder ONE) ist von Vorteil
