Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automation systems and machinery to ensure production availability. Independently identify faults, perform weakness analysis, and manage spare parts ordering. Execute maintenance tasks according to schedules and checklists while supporting project conception and implementation. Facilitate communication between technical interfaces to maintain process control, quality, and performance standards. Work in shifts with PPE requirements at the Wuppertal facility.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum Elektroniker, z.B. für Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Mess- und Regeltechnik
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Siemens S7 (Simatic-Manager, TIA), Antriebstechnik und Rockwell-Steuerungen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik und Robotik
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office und anderen IT-Anwendungen (z.B. SAP)
- Schichtbereitschaft
- Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
- Eine gute Aufnahmefähigkeit
- Einige Grad an PPE (Persönliche Schutzausrüstung) erforderlich (Schutzbrille, Anzug, Handschuhe, Laborkittel, Ohrstöpsel etc.)
