Conduct cable and semi-rigid line fabrication using technical documentation, including stripping, terminal assembly, and crimping or soldering connections per IPC-A-620 standards. Execute quality control checks and document results while proactively identifying production challenges to drive solution development. Prepare materials for subsequent manufacturing steps such as cable length cutting and connector pre-assembly. Requires completed vocational training as an electronics technician or equivalent, proficiency with technical drawings, and basic MS Office skills. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
