Job Summary
Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on site while coordinating subcontractors and directing labour resources. Review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with DIN/VDE regulations and project specifications. Plan daily and weekly work activities, monitor labour performance, and conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks. Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings, coordinate with mechanical, CSA, commissioning, and client teams, and support testing, energisation, and commissioning activities. Manage material deliveries, produce progress reports, and assist with project scheduling. This role offers a chance to directly influence and develop future electricians within a supportive Learning & Development team at a Deloitte Best Managed Company Award winner operating across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Meisterbrief (Elektrotechnikermeister) or equivalent recognised German qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role
- Strong electrical installation background
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
- Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
