Job Summary
Diagnose and eliminate machine and installation faults, perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures. Execute routine inspections and repairs while maintaining general knowledge of industrial machinery including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical installations. Read technical documentation and apply electrical or mechanical training to resolve issues in production environments. Work in a shift-based schedule (3-shift or 4-brigade system) within a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Wykształcenie elektryczne, mechaniczne lub pokrewne
- Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej
- Ogólna znajomość urządzeń i maszyn w przemyśle (pneumatyka, hydraulika, mechanika, instalacje elektryczne)
- Dyspozycyjność do pracy w systemie III zmianowym / IV brygadowym
