Operate, monitor, and control plant components within a 5-group 3-shift service. Perform in- and out-of-service shutdowns, conduct plant roundouts, and assist in new construction projects. Manage plant freeshutting and collaborate on work permit creation. This role supports the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy and waste heat at the Marzahn/Klingenberg site. Candidates must possess an electrical trade qualification or be in a 3-4 year training program as a Kraftwerker. Full-time employment includes a 37-hour week, 29 days vacation, and shift allowances.
