Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety compliance at production sites and machinery. Monitor uninterrupted operational flow, document procedures, and perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new systems and components. Program and optimize existing automation systems while analyzing technical processes. Troubleshoot faults and develop repair solutions in close collaboration with responsible production staff. This role is part of Classen Industries, a leading global laminate manufacturer producing flooring from regional wood. The position operates within a 4-shift system offering 100% holiday shift allowances and additional rest days.
