Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the EP labs, directing nursing and support personnel to coordinate patient flow and ensure quality outcomes. Supervise assigned employees by conducting performance appraisals, establishing individual goals, and communicating through staff meetings regarding education and administrative issues. Ensure compliance with nursing standards of care and verify that patient records and charges are complete and correct daily. Participate in budget and inventory control. Requires a BSN, RN license, ACLS, and BCLS with 3-5 years of leadership experience in procedural backgrounds such as EP, IR, or Cath Lab. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.
