Job Summary
Part-time Electrophysiology Cardiologist sought for device-only practice at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. Join a busy EP program with a dedicated EP Lab to support device implantation, and contribute to teaching for fellows, residents, and medical students. EPIC EMR used; opportunity to collaborate within a community-based cardiology division alongside Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiology Fellows, Thoracic & Vascular Surgeons, and APPs. Eligibility includes NC MD/DO licensure or eligibility, fellowship in Electrophysiology, and BE/BC in Electrophysiology; strong communication skills and medical staff credentialing are required. The role is onsite with standard day hours and a 20-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed DO/MD in NC or eligible
- Fellowship trained in Electrophysiology
- BE/BC in Electrophysiology
- Effective communication skills
- Must meet criteria for medical staff credentials at UNC Health Southeastern
