Job Summary
Directs long-term quality strategy for the Electronics Vertical and Displays & Electronics Product Platform; leads quality disciplines including customer quality, product quality control, incoming inspection, and warranty analysis; ensures all NPI deliverables are completed on time and participates in NPI gate reviews; provides leadership to managers through coaching and performance management; develops innovative solutions to cross-functional quality challenges; represents the Quality function with senior executives and external customers, delivering strategic recommendations and leading QMS activities (ISO audits and management reviews); emphasizes a strong quality culture and engagement with regulatory and corporate programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Demonstrated experience in a Quality or Manufacturing leadership position
- Proficient experience in a quality or manufacturing setting in a private, public, government or military environment
