Job Summary

Support test system development and integration activities while performing test station qualification and validation. Conduct root cause analysis of test equipment failures to support corrective and preventive actions, and develop preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Compile and analyze test data to identify systemic issues, documenting debug methodologies for emergent failure modes. Lead continuous improvement projects of manufacturing test processes in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and design teams. Requires 5+ years of hands-on electronics measurement experience and familiarity with RF test equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience performing hands-on electronics measurement
  • Hands on experience working on manufacturing test processes
  • Eligibility to handle export-controlled data (ITAR, EAR)
  • Familiarity with test system validation procedures
  • Hands-on experience writing technical documents and reports
  • Hands-on experience working with micro-electronics printed circuit assemblies in a lab environment
  • Familiarity with in ESD (electro-static-discharge) equipment and procedures
  • Experience using digital and analog test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters
  • Familiar with the use of RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and signal generators
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups

Desired Qualifications

  • Python experience for interfacing with test equipment a plus
  • Experience assessing standard RF test metrics such as return-loss, gain, noise-figure, compression point and bandwidth
  • Understanding of analog/mixed signal circuits related to power development and distribution, I2C and SPI bus protocols, and clock synthesis and distribution
  • Ability to read a schematic to identify test-points, components, and circuits
