Job Summary
Perform PCBA, unit, and final product testing while troubleshooting electronic and electromechanical assemblies using schematics and test equipment. Record accurate test results, maintain production documentation, and execute minor soldering, component replacement, and rework as needed. Inspect, calibrate, and maintain test equipment while following ESD, safety, and quality procedures. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized work area. This role requires an Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience, at least one year of electronics production or testing experience, and proficiency with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of electronics production, testing, or troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
- Experience using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMMs), and other electronic test equipment
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ESD procedures and electronic assembly practices
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-J-STD-001 certification
- Experience with medical devices or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Advanced troubleshooting experience with electromechanical systems
