Job Summary
Install, configure, maintain, and resolve issues with electronic security systems, specifically the DLA ESS or EKC system, while supervising shop practices and IT installation projects. Perform hands-on work on Lenel "On Guard" ESS, CCTV, and Morse Watchman Keypro systems, requiring Lenel Certified Professional (LCP) certification in Access Control and Video. Manage Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems and utilize a wide range of security hardware from Bosch to Panasonic. Requires two years of professional experience in Information Technology and electronic security, plus a Secret security clearance. Full-time day shift Monday through Friday in Corpus Christi, TX, with occasional evening and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of practical experience focused in Electronics Repair, Maintenance, Installation and Checkout
- Other experience in supervision, and shop practices, electronics repair and installation, and Information Technology installation projects
- Ability to be qualified and trained to work on the Lenel 'On Guard' ESS system, CCTV's and Morse Watchman Keypro systems
- Lenel Certified Professional (LCP) certification in Access Control and Video
- Milestone Certification
- Two years of overall professional experience in the Information Technology field
- Two years of overall experience in Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
- Two years of experience with electronic security systems, specifically hands-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with the DLA ESS or EKC system
- High School Diploma or GED
- Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- Secret security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
- Must be available for evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
