Electronics Technician (PLC Technician)

The Electronics Technician will oversee and troubleshoot PLC-controlled production equipment, including machine start/stop, changeovers, and basic repair. Responsibilities include managing camera inspection systems and adjusting inspection programs, creating and modifying vision system programming, and working with light PLC code. Must be proficient with electrical meters (e.g., Fluke), oscilloscope use, and reviewing PLC code to assist in troubleshooting. Role requires experience interfacing with equipment on computer control systems, CMMS asset management software, and knowledge of industrial automation equipment, with emphasis on safety and arc flash requirements. Ability to review mechanical designs for equipment, support automation with conveyors and robot end-of-arm tools, and maintain detailed change-control documentation in a highly regulated environment. Proficiency in Word and Excel is expected, along with the ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and relevant work experience. Other duties as assigned by management.
