Job Summary
Electronics Technician responsible for wiring of new/rebuilt pumps, control boxes, blenders, and blender data acquisition (DAQ). Conducts troubleshooting of pumps, control boxes, blenders, and DAQ; completes cable building and TCV computer installation. Performs entry level troubleshooting with supervision, maintains maintenance records, and conducts preventive maintenance as directed. Requires basic schematic reading, wiring procedures, soldering, use of test equipment, and strong emphasis on safety. Travel may be required; team-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Two-year technical degree, accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent working experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Entry level knowledge of basic schematic reading, wiring procedures, soldering techniques, use of test equipment, and basic electronic troubleshooting theory preferred
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Frequent travel may be required
- Must be highly safety conscious
- Able to read, speak and write English
