Job Summary
Electronics Technician at Moog in Mineral Wells, TX responsible for assembling parts, bolting/screwing components, phasing out, repairing and evaluating units and PCBs, and testing with production tools (DVM, oscilloscope). Will read schematics, perform PCB programming and troubleshooting per engineering specs, document failures, and ensure product traceability and quality. Must have experience with digital/analog electronics, soldering, and can train other technicians; on-site work schedule with relocation assistance available and a competitive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Associate Degree/Certification or 5+ years’ experience as a Technician
- Intermediate knowledge of digital and analog electronics
- Advanced soldering skills
- Ability to train other technicians/assemblers
- Ability to track trends in failures
- Strong communication skills
- Read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings
- Document unit failures and records trends
- Ensure FOD/5S practices are followed to maintain clean and orderly workstations
