Job Summary
Electronics Technician responsible for assembling, wiring, soldering, and testing electronic assemblies and circuit boards; reading schematics and wiring diagrams; performing troubleshooting and diagnostics at component and system levels; conducting functional testing and verification; repairing and reworking electronics and electromechanical systems; documenting test procedures and results; supporting calibration, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections; participating in continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams; involvement in special projects, customer support activities, and equipment installations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with soldering electronic components and circuit board assemblies
- Experience troubleshooting electronic systems to the component level
- Familiarity with test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital multimeters, Power supplies, Signal generators
- Experience performing maintenance, repair, calibration, and testing of electronic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technical manufacturing environment
