Job Summary
Troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant and maintain equipment through preventive maintenance procedures. Assist in implementing new control systems while researching and developing improved electrical controls and processes. Track recurring issues to develop corrective solutions and identify equipment weaknesses to recommend improvements. Train operators and technicians on equipment functionality and troubleshooting methods to support efficient production operations. Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations at our Waco, TX facility.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial electrical experience
- Strong schematic reading skills
- 3–5 years experience
Desired Qualifications
- Additional electrical certifications (technical college or manufacturing certifications)
- Preferred
