Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair ride sound, park sound, and other park electronic and electro/mechanical systems. Troubleshoot equipment to the component level and perform other tasks as assigned. Maintain positive interactions with guests and employees while working outdoors in various weather conditions, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Work at heights exceeding 150 feet, in confined spaces, and lift up to 100 lbs. Use hand tools and motor vehicles while possessing strong safety sensitivity and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years or older
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters and other digital and analog test equipment
- Associate Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent technical/on the job experience
- Ability to provide hand tools and steel toe shoes for daily use
- Strong safety sensitivity
- Ability to work with many different types of mechanical devices
- Mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to an excess of 150 feet, crawling and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 100lbs
- Physical dexterity to operate hand tools and motor vehicles
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CAD and digital audio is a plus
