Job Summary
Run diagnostic software on electronic devices to evaluate functions, including battery health and carrier status. Perform inspections to confirm item descriptions and conditions, then report counterfeit items with specific findings. Assess multiple devices in parallel while maintaining quality metrics and productivity goals daily. Work comfortably in a fast-paced warehouse environment, communicating proactively about activities and obstacles. Assist in other warehouse areas as needed. Must be 18 years or older. Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, electronics inspection, refurbishment or repair, or a related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and address concerns
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Capacity to work on your feet for several hours
- Knowledge of standard operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets and Slack
- Must be 18 years of age or over
