Job Summary
Electronics Setup Technician responsible for unboxing hardware, updating operating systems with customer software, registering management software to the end user, applying custom asset tags, and maintaining asset-tag/serial/model records. Duties include preparing products for shipping, auditing asset tags and registrations, and coordinating with D&H sales on status and shipping. Requires handling inventory in Middletown, PA, with independent work—prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards, knowledge of Windows and Google OS, and willingness to participate in manufacturer trainings and ongoing warehouse duties (including possible use of pallet jacks) amid a Monday–Friday day schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Google operating systems or platforms
- Ability to download and install software
- Ability to maintain asset tag records including serial numbers and product model numbers
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, hand jack)
- Willingness to participate in manufacturer trainings and testing
- Attention to attendance and productivity standards
