Job Summary
Lead and mentor technician teams on fast-paced, time-critical projects involving high-quality device installations from kick-off to close. Execute testing to verify installations, install system raceway and cabling, and terminate all components. Mount equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and hardware while incorporating and following all required safety practices. Analyze design documentation, system data, and statements of work to guide project execution. Maintain attendance requirements and working hours, communicating effectively with supervisors, subordinates, and customers. This role requires weekly travel and a minimum Secret level clearance. Required Qualifications
- Five plus years of electronic security system installation with increasing levels of responsibility
- Three plus years of project lead experience with teams of 6 or more technicians
- Two plus years of data center project execution environment experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Secret level clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Formal Electronics Training as follows: Military Electronics Training OR Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program OR Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program OR Additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities
- Meet all attendance requirements and working hours of the project
- Open to travel weekly
- Position is remote with travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Hirsch Velocity Certification
- Bosch BVMS & Radionix Certification
- OSHA 30 Certified
- Certification/experience with Lenel, Honeywell, Hanwha, and Milestone
- Active suitability determination from SSA for security work
