Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices while providing repair and replacement estimates to customers. Explain complex technical issues in simple terms, offer problem resolution recommendations, and ensure all repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards. Sell the Home+ insurance program to meet sales goals and maintain accurate records using the point-of-sale system. Greet customers professionally, answer phone calls, and safeguard store inventory while keeping the workspace clean. Maintain a positive work environment and provide superior service to exceed customer expectations.
