Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Electronics Laboratory Technician to support electrical engineering functions in testing and troubleshooting power electronics. Requires experience in test engineering and proficiency with programming languages and test equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Technology or similar technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in a test engineering role, preferably with a focus on power electronics
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for test automation
  • Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and electronic loads
  • Familiarity with industry standards for power electronics testing (e.g., UL, IEC)
  • Strong ability to understand engineering documents and schematics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products for use in day-to-day computing

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of military, aviation, and telecom standards (vibration, shock, EMI, environmental, etc.) MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810
  • Familiarity with PCAD or Altium
  • Experience with LabVIEW
  • Experience or training in power electronics circuits
