Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Electronics Laboratory Technician to support electrical engineering functions in testing and troubleshooting power electronics. Requires experience in test engineering and proficiency with programming languages and test equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Technology or similar technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a test engineering role, preferably with a focus on power electronics
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for test automation
- Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and electronic loads
- Familiarity with industry standards for power electronics testing (e.g., UL, IEC)
- Strong ability to understand engineering documents and schematics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products for use in day-to-day computing
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of military, aviation, and telecom standards (vibration, shock, EMI, environmental, etc.) MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810
- Familiarity with PCAD or Altium
- Experience with LabVIEW
- Experience or training in power electronics circuits
