Job Summary
Deliver prompt, friendly service to customers and manage precise transaction handling within the Electronics & Housewares department. Ensure sales clerks receive required breaks, maintain clean and well-stocked fixtures, and coordinate inventory replenishment. Train new employees on department responsibilities and collaborate with store management to build teamwork and pride of ownership. Prioritize workload, solve customer problems strategically, and lead the team to achieve high customer service standards.
